Called in to triage and replace a poorly built infrastructure from the previous development team for the housegoods site. Managed specific, high volume requirements – bolt on and support a fully functional WordPress solution with traffic upwards of 500,000 users per launch, with products selling out in under 20 minutes, management of queuing users using a virtual velvet rope, product inventory handling, whiplash integration, klaviyo email management of 250k+ segmented lists, and day to day customer support. System has been migrated to Shopify Plus. Utilizes multi custom systems on Shopify V2.0, Whiplash and APIs to various 3rd parties.
